To Residential Leasing and Property Management Agreement

Required Fees, Included Benefits & Details

Services Provided empty
Leasing Fee (new tenant, charged after move-in) 100% of first month’s rent
Management Fee (assessed monthly once a tenant has moved in) 10% of monthly rent
Lease Renewals (existing tenant) 10% of rent per property renewal (not to exceed $350)
Owner Reserve ($500 due at time at signing) All make-ready costs must be funded in advance. $500 for 1st property $250 for each additional Property, $2,500 cap
Mandatory Texas Property Code Compliance & Rekey $150-500 (Deducted from Maintenance Reserve)
