You may not know, but Cesar has been part of the 3G team for almost two years as a part time team member. Cesar brings extensive experience to his new position, where he will manage the onboarding of your property, complete minor make ready’s, process applications, and assist in various projects within the team. Lilian oversees inbound communications and takes charge of the renewal process for tenants and owners, creates new leases, and efficiently manages the distribution of move-in packets and access instructions for move in day. Lilian's attention to detail shines through as she handles newsletters for both tenants and landlords, fostering effective communication within our community. Additionally, she skillfully manages various administrative tasks, including vendor billing and addressing crucial elements such as HOA and city violations, tenant and owner insurance, city registration, and utility payments.  | Sarah BordeIon - VP of Operations, Integrator Sarah serves as the Vice President of Operations and Integrator. Her responsibilities include overseeing all departments, managing integration and technology systems, and leading training programs. Sarah handles escalated issues, reviews and processes billing, and manages crucial financial aspects such as commission checks, owner distributions, security deposit dispositions and transfers, and special projects. |
 | Sashana Hamilton - Owner Relations, Executive Assistant Sashana provides valuable support to the VP by assisting with projects and facilitating communication between departments. She manages owner relations, onboards new owners, and facilitates the listing of all properties. Additionally, Sashana assists in overseeing renewals, tenant and owner confirmations, and actively manages marketing and social media initiatives. |
 | Michelle Peters-Hill - BDM As the Business Development Manager, Michelle fosters new relationships with potential and new landlords, helping them navigate the management process. Michelle is responsible for preparing property management documents, handling additional marketing initiatives for new landlords, and maintaining a proactive approach to business development. |
 | Javier Flores - Maintenance Director Javier holds the position of Maintenance Director, primarily responsible for managing maintenance work orders. Most important is his attention to detail in his communications between landlords, tenants and vendors. This position takes a great deal of thought and work to ensure we are making the best decisions for the property both in quality and value. This is a pivotal role in the daily operations of 3G Properties Group. |

Oscar has been an independent contractor who has worked solely for 3G Properties Group over the last 15+ years. His expertise and trust is crucial to the maintenance operations, ensuring quality and the timely completion of work orders and make-ready’s.
